Primary processing makes benign milk, which has high food, biological and sanitary-hygienic properties, corresponding to the high quality standards adopted in the Republic of Belarus. Primary processing of milk is not only cleaning from mechanical impurities, but also cooling, storage, pasteurization, normalization, etc.  In 2010, enterprise "Smorgon Dairy Products" purchased and installed a new line of primary processing of milk by "GEA-WESTFALIA". The processing line's capacity is 25 tons per hour. The launch of this equipment has significantly improved the quality of products, increased the volume of raw materials processing and reduce energy costs.
